Who I am

Hi, I’m Danika Taylor — the person teams call when they realise “we probably should’ve sorted this out ages ago.”

Why I exist:

I’ve spent 10+ years building welfare, logistics, and athlete-centred performance systems for national squads, Olympic-pathway programmes, and grassroots clubs that want to level up.
